Yvette Manolas-Stott graduated from Penrhos College in 1997.

She studied Engineering and Commerce and UWA and joined Woodside Energy as an engineering graduate. Since this time, Yvette has worked in a variety of roles around the world and is currently in charge of Woodside’s Pluto gas field; one of the largest LNG gas fields in Australia. Yvette was also awarded the WA Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year Award in 2009, and the 40 under 40, which recognises the top 40 business men and women in WA. This was for her work in perforating (small targeted explosives) which revolutionised the global industry.

Yvette is passionate about sharing the importance of science with younger generations, and encouraging them to achieve their dreams. This starts with her 2 sons aged 4 and 6 who attend Wesley College.
