Looking to the future - deliberately ambitious

At Penrhos, we have always believed in looking ahead.

As we approach our 75th anniversary, we are thinking about the College we are today, as well as the Penrhos we want to be for generations to come.

Our 20-year Strategic Vision sets out that long-term ambition.

Grounded in our purpose and our commitment to Courage Starts Here, it provides a clear direction for the future, ensuring Penrhos continues to evolve while remaining true to the values, culture and sense of community that make our College special.

The vision looks beyond individual initiatives or projects. It considers the experiences we want to create for future generations of students, how learning and the needs of young people will continue to change, and how our College can respond with courage, purpose and imagination.

It is deliberately ambitious. 

Over 20 years, much will change – in education, technology and the world our students will enter. Our vision gives us a clear sense of where we are heading, while allowing us to adapt and respond along the way.

This long-term vision will guide the decisions and investments we make over the years ahead.

It will help shape a Penrhos that is ready for the future and for the generations of girls who will create it.
